Whole30 Kitchen Food Basics

     While this may seem daunting, don't let it scare you off -- take those items that you think you'll use or want to use, and make sure you have them in your cupboard/refrigerator.

  1. Just wondering...Is picante...and other....salsas ok?

  2. Look at the list of ingredients. Generally the problematic ingredient in some picantes/salsas is added sugar. I'd look for that (and be sure and compare it against the list of Sneaky Sugars from the Whole30 Downloads page).
